"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10 stars if I could!) Rielly was hands down one of the BEST servers we have ever had! From the second we sat down, she brought the most positive, welcoming energy to our table. She was attentive without being overbearing, made sure our drinks were always full, and checked in at the perfect times. Not only was she incredibly friendly, but she knew the menu inside and out. Her recommendations were spot on, and everything came out exactly as ordered. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience. Rielly made our whole night better. Amazing service like that is rare, and she absolutely deserves recognition. If you’re dining at Harvey’s in Saginaw, ask for Rielly — you won’t regret it! We’ll definitely be back because of her!"

"Service was really good, food not so much. The salmon Thai glaze was straight out of a bottle, too much of it and very sweet. The rice was cold but the loaded potato was really good. The sirloin was cooked a perfect medium rare and the fries were hot. The tips and mash was overcooked and the mashed potatoes were cold. The margarita wasn’t bad but not much tequila. Not sure I’d go back."

"I visited the Saginaw location and Tristan was my waiter. He was amazing! Customer services were top tier and he had a beautiful spirit! My food was also super good! Update: So I went back the next day (I know ridiculous lol). Sarah was my waitress this time and she was outstanding! She was very aware of the menu items and gave really good critiques on options. She had a super inviting spirit. I ordered the same thing, just broccoli instead of Brussel sprouts and two appetizers because it was happy hour! Oh and a mocktail that was so good!"

"Distinguished, fun atmosphere. Very clean and modern. Our waiter, Matthew, was excellent. Friendly, polite, social. Lots of laughs at the table. He was able to provide experienced recommendations on the drink menu. Me and my party enjoyed his service and we look forward to coming back again. Flight drinks: chocolatini, purple popsicle, blueberry lemon drop. Martini: blueberry lemon drop. Apps: fried pickles, spinach and artichoke dip, and fried mozzarella. Martini is a blueberry lemon drop. Philly cheesesteak and filet entrees"

"We stopped into Harvey’s in Bay City for an early Sunday lunch as a party of six and were seated immediately—such a nice start. Our server, Max, was fantastic: super friendly, genuinely helpful, great sense of humor, and so personable. He kept everything smooth and easy for a larger table. The food was outstanding across the board, the kind you keep nibbling even when you’re full. Highly recommend—great service + great food = happy group!"
